Campus Runner Review

1. Always be sure to text your customer immediately upon receiving a text from our system. Even if you cannot meet them right away, it’s important to make contact with them so they aren’t left in limbo.
2. Make sure Google Sheets is downloaded on your phone. All ISBN #’s are loaded there, & it’s imperative that everything matches exactly. If they don’t, text your supervisor or our system immediately. Look out for duplicates in your Google Sheets as well, because we do not take 2 of the same book. Be sure to manually input the condition of each book during or after the exchange – please read through Step 3 again:
3. You can find your printable receipts here. Have every customer sign at every pickup.
4. You will be given about 10-15 referral flyers from your head campus rep. At every pickup, hand them a flyer, and let them know that they can get 5% more on their buyback by sharing Scholarlyy with a friend or roommate. The flyer will explain how they can do that. This is very important!
5. Always remember to text the system “Received” when you get a deal. And then text “ID #### – completed” when an exchange is done.
6. Be sure to arrange a dropoff time of all books with your Campus CEO. Here is a list of all head campus CEO’s. Get in touch with the one at your school:

Kansas – Carly Cole – (913) 967-9846
